This program is built to reward the drivers who make the business run smoothly. If you protect the truck, complete your inspections, stay in communication, submit everything on time, and keep loads moving cleanly, you put yourself in position for the highest weekly earning opportunities available.

Tier 1 — Base Performance

$150 Bonus + $30/Day Per Diem

• No automatic disqualifiers for the week

• All fuel entries completed with no missing submissions

• Pre-trip inspection completed each day before movement

• Post-trip inspection completed at the end of the shift

• Same-day paperwork submission after driving is done

• Pickup, loaded, delivery, and empty updates sent

• ELD connected properly during all drive time

• No unreported truck, trailer, or load issue

• Truck kept reasonably clean and organized

• Dispatcher does not have to repeatedly ask for basic updates

Tier 2 — Strong Performance

$300 Bonus + $50/Day Per Diem

• Must meet every Tier 1 requirement first

• 95%+ on-time pickup and delivery performance

• No preventable delay caused by poor planning

• Communication is proactive, not last minute

• No breakdown linked to ignored warning signs or negligence

• Fuel entries are complete and accurate, not rushed or sloppy

• Logs are accurate and do not need repeated correction

• Load securement and load checks are handled correctly

• Driver follows dispatch instructions cleanly and consistently

• Driver operates like someone the company can trust without babysitting

Tier 3 — High Performance

$500 Bonus + $70/Day Per Diem

• Must meet every Tier 2 requirement first

• 100% on-time performance or valid early communication before issue

• Driver helps maximize weekly truck revenue

• Minimal downtime between loads and operational steps

• No missed SOP steps across the entire week

• Clean inspection if inspected, with no driver-caused problem

• No compliance risk created by carelessness or delay

• Paperwork and updates are handled cleanly every time

• Truck is cared for like company equipment that matters

• Driver performs like a self-managed elite operator

4-Week Elite Driver Status

Stay consistent for four straight weeks and you unlock the full earning opportunity. This is where disciplined drivers separate themselves from average drivers.

• Week 1: Earn the tier you qualify for

• Week 2: Same tier + $100 streak bonus

• Week 4: Full Elite status unlocked

Automatic Disqualifiers — No Bonus That Week

These are non-negotiables. If one of the following happens during the week, bonus eligibility for that week is lost. This system is built to reward clean, disciplined performance, not excuse avoidable mistakes.

• Any ELD violation caused by driver error, misuse, poor planning, or failure to manage hours correctly

• Any missed fuel entry, incomplete fuel submission, or failure to turn in required fuel information

• Any late delivery without a valid reason that was communicated early enough to help protect the load

• Any accident, preventable safety issue, or unsafe event caused by driver carelessness

• Any major communication failure where dispatch is left in the dark during an important part of the load

• Any intentional dishonesty, falsified information, or misleading reporting related to logs, fuel, paperwork, or load status

Elite Drop Rules — Minor Violations

Once a driver reaches 4-week Elite status, they are expected to hold that standard. If a minor issue occurs, the driver does not stay at the top level automatically. The system steps them down and they must earn their way back up through consistency.

• A minor violation while at Elite status drops the driver down to the $50/day per diem stage

• The driver also drops out of the full top-level bonus position until consistency is rebuilt

• Minor violations include smaller paperwork delays, a missed procedural step, or a lesser communication miss that does not rise to a major disqualifier

• Minor does not mean ignored — it still affects bonus level and trust

• The purpose is to protect standards while still allowing correction and improvement

• To return to full Elite status, the driver must rebuild consistent clean weeks with no further issues

Major Violations — Reset, No Bonus, Possible Termination

Major issues are treated seriously because they put freight, equipment, compliance, company money, and future business at risk. These are the types of issues that can erase profit fast and damage trust with brokers and customers.

• A major violation means no bonus for that week

• Bonus progress resets and the streak starts over from zero

• The next week begins with no bonus eligibility

• Major violations can include ELD violations, missed fuel entries, preventable late deliveries, accidents, or serious safety issues

• Major communication breakdowns that damage the load or cash flow can also be treated as major

• Depending on severity, major violations may also be subject to immediate termination

What Is Expected Every Week

The goal of this program is simple: if the driver does the job cleanly, the company runs smoother, loads get paid faster, equipment lasts longer, and the driver earns more money. These are the weekly expectations that keep everything moving.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections consistently and honestly

• Keep dispatch updated through the important stages of every load

• Turn in fuel entries, receipts, PODs, and paperwork cleanly and on time

• Protect the truck and trailer by reporting issues before they become expensive failures

• Stay compliant, stay safe, stay professional, and keep loads moving efficiently

• Operate in a way that allows the business to run smoother without constant owner intervention
